Horohoro (Shaman King) —— He and Mio are total lovers. Their first date may have involved a homing pigeon and some weirdo, but other than that, they hang onto each other through thick and thin.

Tao Ren (Shaman King) —— Though he never admits it, he actually enjoys Mio's company. Mainly because she's not annoying.

Wooden Sword Ryu (Shaman King) —— He tries to flirt with her in any way he can, but wouldn't seriously think about going too far.

Lyserg Diethel (Shaman King) —— They both hate Hao Asakura. Lyserg acts like a twin brother to her, and the both of them try to calm each other down when they're angry.

Renji Abarai (Bleach) —— Aside from being sparring partners, Renji treats Mio like the sister he never had. Though sometimes they get into pointless arguments, they look out for each other.

Black Star (Soul Eater) —— Black Star thinks of Horohoro as a rival when it comes to bringing Mio into affection. He likes her because she has a specialty in blades (i.e. the katana and the war fan). That, and she's as kind to him as Tsubaki is.

Umehito Nekozawa (Ouran High School Host Club) —— Nekozawa-sempai is in love with Mio because she's a Maklakov (some famous family known for successful exorcism in Russia) and likes the night. Unfortunately, Mio refuses to come to the dark side with him and tries to run away from him as quick as possible.

Shizuka Doumeki (xxxHolic) —— Yep, Mio can see though his expressionless exterior; He actually LOVES her. Not that she's excited about it, anyway. When he can't torment Watanuki, Doumeki often hangs out with her and Renji at the dojo. (Renji, however, doesn't trust him.)

Simon (Gurren Lagann) —— Simon, being a kid who was an outcast, was so lonely, that is until he met Kamina and Yoko. He also likes Mio, who doesn't see what his villagers saw in him, therefore treats Simon benevolently. Simon wants to find a way to repay her for her kindness. He doesn't know for sure, but he'll think of something.

Zelman Clock (Black Blood Brothers) —— Zelman, being a vampire, doesn't entirely care for Mio's looks; He also likes her blood. Mio often turns to him for help, but only when she's thought it through to do so.

Shigure Sohma (Fruits Basket) —— Shigure loves Mio like a niece, and helps her out with relationships. Sometimes, though, there's a certain song stuck to his head when he's around her: "High school girls, high school girls, all for me, high school girls~!"

Kenshin Himura (Ruroni Kenshin) —— Kenshin finds Mio an exceptional student, but worries about her switching from emotionless to emotional. Also, Mio finds that Kenshin looks somewhat like her father, only without the eye-patch. (and ignoring the X scar on his cheek)
